<p>In January 2021, Harlow was discovered in a locked room while his owner was away. Due to his severe underweight condition, the P.S.A. shelter struggled to find him a home. Eventually, a compassionate individual took him in and provided him with the nourishment he needed to gain weight.</p>

<p>Upon arriving at his new home, Harlow was frightened and required constant comfort from his caregiver. However, with time and proper care, he became more confident and less anxious. He learned to walk, overcame his fear of the dark, and developed a love for playing in the garden.</p>

<p>Despite his remarkable progress, Harlow still had a long way to go. He was still drastically underweight and needed to gain more weight. Thankfully, his strong appetite helped him put on two kilograms within a week.</p>

<p>After three months of being in his new home, Harlow had his first trip to the beach, which he enjoyed immensely. Now, he is a healthy, lively, and occasionally naughty dog who loves to play.</p>
